Privacy policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Athenas Edge ("we", "us") collects, why, and your rights. Questions or requests: [email protected].
This website
- This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and has no forms.
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Our Discord server
- When you join, we see your Discord username and user ID, and give you a member role automatically.
- If you message our bot or open a support ticket, we keep the conversation so we can help you. Closed tickets are saved as a transcript that only staff can see.
- Messages are automatically checked for links and offensive language, which are blocked.
Managed account clients
- We hold the details you give us to provide the service, such as your name and contact details.
- We read your Pepperstone account's balance and trades so we can trade for you, show you your account and work out our fee. We can never withdraw money.
- Your account viewer password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form. We cannot see it.
- When you stop being a client, your private channel is archived and kept for legal and record-keeping purposes.
Our social media
We publish to our own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts using each platform's official tools. These connections only post to our own accounts. They do not access your data. Each platform's own privacy policy covers what you do there.
Why we use your data
- To provide the managed account service you signed up for (contract).
- To run, moderate and keep our community safe (legitimate interests).
- To meet legal and record-keeping duties (legal obligation).
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to operate: Discord, Cloudflare and Pepperstone (for clients). We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
